No, we only offer in-person, physical home organization services.

We include light surface wiping with our supplies as part of the organizing process, but we are not a cleaning service nor do we sort through dirty laundry please keep those items separate.

This is for system upkeep, including 2-3 visits per month for a 2 hr maintenance tasks, not cleaning.

No, the only heavy lifting involved is in the organizing. We provide customized plans for your review after our consultation. This enables us to develop a personalized system that reflects our discussions. Please ensure any necessary installations are completed before our arrival to facilitate a smooth process.

To ensure a safe environment, please inform us if you have any pets. Additionally, it is essential that all toxic or hazardous chemicals are securely sealed or stored in a different room. We also ask that any food waste, trash, or bodily fluids are disposed of prior to our arrival, as a failure to do so will result in a $100 fee. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a safe and clean space.

Indeed, upon the signing of the agreement, the total service fees are required to be paid in full. This ensures a mutual commitment and upholds our professional standards, benefiting both parties involved. You will be given a Receipt for your records.

Yes! We certainly can supply a variety of organizational products to meet your needs, upon consultation we will discuss options and arrange a list if needed . Our selection includes essential items designed to enhance an efficient system to last. Please note that additional service fees apply.

Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable if the scheduled meeting is canceled. Payment must be made in full upfront upon signing the work agreement, which occurs on the same day the session begins. Additionally, once the work is completed, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued.
